I will admit Milton Rice's estimate was the highest of the 3...however, we chose to go with Milton because of the number of exemplary reviews of his work. THEY WERE RIGHT. It was best to hire him and have the job done right the first time and not have a hassle of having someone return to re-do a bad job. He was incredible. On-time, professional and efficient.
